By accessing our website (creditotexas.com), booking a consultation, or engaging any of our financial and business services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding; if you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of our site and services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Crédito Texas provides the following services:

• Credit services: credit report review, credit education, consumer rights education, credit score improvement strategies, mortgage credit preparation, home buyer education, and personalized credit consultations

• Business services: LLC formation and business setup, and LLC compliance and state filings

• Tax services: tax planning strategies, personal tax preparation, and business tax preparation

• Insurance services: life insurance and health insurance

• Financial planning services: retirement planning and education savings plans

Each service is subject to a separate engagement and to the specific disclosures in Section 5 below. Purchasing one service does not obligate you to purchase any other.

Crédito Texas provides education, guidance, and personalized strategies. We do not guarantee specific results, score increases, or the removal of any item from a credit report. Outcomes vary based on each client's unique credit profile and circumstances.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program Description: By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or consultation forms, you consent to receive text messages from Crédito Texas related to appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, and updates about your credit report review ("transactional messages"), and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers, financial education content, and program updates ("marketing messages").

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.

• Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to cancel. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again as you did originally.

• Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at (346) 291-1990, (346) 298-5068 or [email protected].

• Supported Carriers: Our text messaging program is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Crédito Texas.

5. Service Disclosures

The services described in Section 2 are distinct from one another, and the following disclosures apply to each.

Legal services.

Crédito Texas is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our business formation and compliance services are limited to preparing and submitting documents at your direction, using the information you provide. We do not advise you on which entity structure is right for your situation, draft or review contracts, or represent you in any legal matter. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.

Insurance services.

Life and health insurance products are offered through licensed insurance agents. We offer insurance-related services through WFG. My Texas insurance license is #314803. Policies are issued by the insurance carrier, not by Crédito Texas. All coverage, benefits, limitations, exclusions, premiums, and claims are governed solely by the policy the carrier issues to you. Applications are subject to underwriting and carrier approval, and not every product is available to every applicant or in every state.

Tax services.

Tax planning and tax preparation are performed by our tax preparers. You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the records and information you provide to us, and for reviewing your return before it is filed. We do not guarantee any particular refund amount, deduction, or tax outcome. We do not represent clients before the IRS or any state tax authority unless a separate written engagement is signed with a preparer authorized to provide that representation.

Financial planning services.

Our retirement planning and education savings services are provided in connection with the products we are licensed to offer. Our insurance-based offerings include products such as life insurance and annuities through WFG. Crédito Texas is not a registered investment advisor or broker dealer, and nothing we provide should be understood as a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

Credit services.

We provide credit education, credit report review, and dispute assistance. We do not guarantee the removal of any item from your credit report, a specific score increase, or approval for any loan or credit product. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureaus yourself at no cost.

All services.

Information provided on this website and during consultations is general in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or insurance advice tailored to your circumstances unless delivered under a signed engagement for that specific service.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Crédito Texas or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crédito Texas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
